How to proceed when ordering?

Select size & frame

Select the desired size of the future painting from 30x40cm to 80x120cm.

Do you want to stretch the canvas directly over the frame? Choose the following options: "with frame" or "without frame (canvas only)".

Upload photo

Click on the button "Choose a photo" to upload the selected photo to the order.

Add to cart

Finally, click on "add to cart" and send the order.

We design mock-up

Once we receive your payment, we will prepare a graphic design of your future painting. If our experienced graphic designer has any doubts that you will not like the painting, we will send it to you by email for approval or ask you for a new photo.

You confirm!

If everything is fine and dandy, we will start production immediately. Is there a problem? We will consult with you and find a solution. For example, you can change the photo for free and we will prepare a new graphic design for you. Or we can agree on a larger size for the painting. Or we will refund your money.

Production & delivery

After approving the proposal and production, your order will be sent as per your chosen shipping method. There are two shipping options. Royal Mail is for free and it takes 5-7 working days for your package to arrive. If the size of your package is large (one size is over 70cm), DHL Express option will be offered in the shopping cart and your package will be delivered within 2 working days. DHL Express is also available for smaller packages.
